NEW ACQUISITIONS - CHRISTMAS

Santa made 2011 a very Merry PEZ-mas...

CLONE WARS -
YODA & CLONE TROOPER

These were a secret Santa gift to Mom Cornwall. They are part of an 8 piece set that came out in 2009 with only 3 of the 8 being new. The Cornwall collection already has the 3 new (Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan Kenobi cartoon) characters from the movie. These are a repeat of characters already on display in the Star Wars section of the Cornwall Collection.

LORD OF THE RINGS

This collectors set was given to Sarah for her love for all things LOR. It is the special edition with the Eye Of Sauron piece (instead of Bilbo Baggins)

WAL-MART RIGS/HAULERS

This 2011 truck set features the evolution of Wal-Mart logos --- 1964-1980, 1981-1991, 1992-2007, and 2008-Present. There was a lot of moving for the Cornwalls in 2011 so ... 1 Rig went to Sarah (for moving to the Riv), 1 went to Rachel (for moving to Brazil), 1 went to Jeffery (for moving to accommodations on the east side of town), and 1 goes to Reesa (for moving Jeff), 1 went to Katie/Dallin (for moving to California), 1 went to Robb/Marybeth (for moving to Boston) and 2 go to Jason/Stef (for moving to a storage unit in MO., then finally to their new home in Grain Valley).

RITE AID HAULER

Even tho' this is rig is labeled "2010" it is added to the collection at this time (as it went on clearance in 2011).

PULL & GO CARS

Magnetic, detachable cars go to Jarom - who loves "CARS". The 3 character set just came out with the 3rd piece for Christmas.

LIGHTNING McQUEEN

The main character from CARS 2 completes the 2011 set. It is given to DadCorn for getting a hot new car in 2011. (Note: The other two shown above were previously donated to the collection.)

PEZ SUNGLASSES

These cool, junior shades go to the cool, little guy Bennett. Mom Cornwall found these at a grocery store in Hillsboro, Oregon several months ago.

WINX
These European fairies with special magical powers go to Rachel, our international traveler.

Bloom (blue striped shirt) is strong and caring, she is always available to help her friends.

Stella (blond hair) is a talkative and helps is needed.
Flora (lavender shirt) is very kind-hearted and sensitive with a passion for nature and life.

Phineas, Ferb & Agent P - Perry the Platypus
This 2011 set (based on Disney Channel series) go to Daniel for his adventurous spirit, just as these characters set off on a new challenge every week.

RAPUNZEL - from Tangled
This newest Disney princess goes to Paisely - who loves all things princess.

JUSTICE LEAGUE - SUPER HEROES
Superman - Batman - Green Lantern

This first-ever "bust" super hero set goes to Jeffrey, who (usually) loves all things superhero.

WINTER (2010) PLUSH PEZ

This set was issued for Christmas 2010 (and pick-ed for half price the day-after-Christmas 2010). These were given to each one of the four Cornwalls who graced 336 for Christmas 2011.

Click-n-Play WINNIE THE POOH & FRIENDS

This 2011 European issued set was in Robb's stocking, so it goes to Robb/Marybeth as one of the rarest PEZ added to the collection in this Christmas bunch.

HELLO KITTY SKULLS

This set goes to Elizabeth - who loves Hello Kitty. The set includes (from left to right) Hello Kitty glittery crystal head with a skull in the pink and black bow, Hello Kitty glittery crystal head with a purple bow on a purple stem, Hello Kitty with a Polka-dot Pink bow on a pink stem, and Hello Kitty with a Skull in black bow on a black stem.

This little train piece goes to Seth, who was the caboose baby of the Cornwall clan in 2011, a cute happy little guy, just like Toby.

CHICAGO LAND & PHOENIX SPEEDWAYS
NASCAR

These latest race car helmets go to Jason (for racing back and forth for nearly the whole year between McPherson and Independence) and to Dallin (for starting his racing around the world in his MBA program).

VALENTINE - CUDDLE CUBS

These key chain PEZ were issued for Valentines Day 2011 and go to Katie and Stefanie for their extra cuddles, hugs and snuggles they did in 2011 while their kid's daddy's were traveling.

U.S. PRESIDENTS - SET 1
The first issue of "Educational" Pez is out, showing up at East Coast stores.

Mexican - BOLO BEAR
If anyone is planning a trip south of the border. Bolo is the mascot of a Mexican dept. store and this is the first issue of it's type in Mexico.

A whole new PEZ series is out. Reportedly it is only available in Canada. So all you Pez scouts that happen to be nearest the Maple Leaf boarder, make sure you pick these two up.

Keep watch for a new Disney Character Set:

Phineas Flynn, Ferb Fletcher, and Perry the Platypus.

These characters are from the Disney Channel cartoon series which follows Phineas Flynn and his English stepbrother Ferb Fletcher on summer vacation. Every day the boys embark on some grand new project with their pet Platypus, Perry, codenamed Agent P, who, unknown to his owners, lives a double life as a secret agent for the O.W.C.A. (The Organization Without a Cool Acronym) (a.k.a. "The Agency"), a government organization of animal spies.

Coming at the end of the summer is a new super hero series - JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA which will include Batman (an old PEZ favorite with no less than 4 previous versions), Superman (a PEZ first) and Green Lantern (a PEZ first).

A second set of CARS 2 is planned for the release of the new Disney movie. This is a unique, first ever type PEZ with a removable, operable vehicle. Release date is projected in October 2011 with 2 characters - McQueen and Mater.

Keep on the watch for number 2 set of CARS coming out to go with the soon to be released Cars 2 movie. Finn McMissle (British spy sports car) joins Lightening McQueen (with new hood logo) and Mater (with headphones).

Little Miss Sunshine

As a companion to Robbie's new MR. MEN set, the one and only Little Miss PEZ joins the collection in honor a Miss Sunshine herself - Marybeth.

A Dodger Baseball

Is donated in honor of Daniel boy's 2nd birthday and makes in ball buddies with his dad. This is the just released NEW baseball with the "Dodger" name. This goes with the previously acquired "LA" baseball.

New Acquisition

Angels Baseball
is donated to the PEZ Museum on behalf of Dallin's birthday and his love of games that use balls.
These showed up by the box loads at local So. California Walmarts recently.
