PEZ WATCH 05

This was originally scheduled to be out last year. Sighting are prevalent for 2009 Halloween.

For Katie

To honor Katie on her Birthday - 2 faithful companion PEZ are donated to the collection - CLUB HOUSE DAISY & MINNIE. These honor Katie being a faithful companion in the absence of her male counterpart this week. Note: Clubhouse Donald joined the collection on Dallin's birthday last year as the first of the then new CLUBHOUSE DISNEY series. MINNIE is a variation with black outlined eyes (compare to Marybeth's Minnie a few months ago.)

PEZ WATCH - 04

Here are the new college footballs for 2009. (Altho' we still have not obtained Utah and the 2 Washingtons from last year.) I'm thinking these will be HTF outside of Louisiana, Alabama and Missouri.
There is a new variation of the current Batman - with a Bat Logo on his chest. This is supposedly the same variation as the one in the boxed set. I don't think we have this boxed set - do we? We got all the characters separately a year ago when DARK KNIGHT cam out - (CLICK HERE.)

I hear this single Batman is HTF too!

This WALL.E Pez had to be donated in Jeffers honor... since it is his favorite movie.

Now EVE - donated on Sarah's b'day is back with her companion.

For Stefanie

I just realized I didn't publish these on Stef's birthday - June 26th. We were on the trek, is the reason why. Another question one may ask is WHY would Stefanie have Nascar Pez donated in her honor to the collection. Well.... Kansas is closest any Cornwall lives to Nascar country - and is their anyone in the family the least bit connected with Nascar? The other reason is that this series - NASCAR RACETRACKS - was just found and obtained and Stef's birthday was the next one. We wanted the exciting find posted as soon as possible! (Note: Previous Nascar Helmets have been Nascar Racecar Drivers.)

Two other interesting things: 1) Note the misfit card for the Daytona PEZ - it's mistakenly packaged on an ICE AGE 3 card. 2) These cards are a new shorty cards with only 2 pez candy packs. Looks like it will make it more compatible with store shelf spacing than the tall cards.

Note: This series has not been seen promoted or advertised. It was just (a big surprize) discovery at the local Walmart.

Melman - the giraffe completes the Madagascar 2 set (with the characters Robb received with the boxed set dvd for his birthday).

Minnie joins Mickey as part of the Mickey's Clubhouse set.
(Clubhouse Mickey was donated to the collection in honor of Robb's last Birthday)

Minnie joins 3 other likenesses currently in the collection.

For Elizabeth's second birthday a rare red stem BUGS BUNNY 'B' is added to the Looney Tunes Family.

For Dallin

Since Dallin has shown he is one tough guy, a.k.a. tri-athelete, PETE The CAT, the tough guy of the Club House Disney. is donated to the PEZ collection in his honor. PETE is a new, never before issued character, in the long line of Disney/Mickey Mouse PEZ characters.
p.s. This is the PEZ Dad bought at the L.A. Farmers Market. YES!

2009 PEZ WATCH UPDATE

Another rumor is that Wall-e & Eve have been seen in the U.S. in cartons with the BEST OF PIXAR characters. (Previously only available in Europe.) Supposedly PEZ can avoid the U.S. royalties when issued this way. But I bet there will only be one set per carton. The cartons have been seen at Walmart and Toy-R-Us

EASTER PEZ

The PEZ bunny left 3 new little friends in Sarah's Easter basket. The new RUBBER DUCKIE, the new PINK BUNNY FURRY FRIEND, and the CHOCOLATE BUNNY. .

Pez Watch MADAGASCAR

MADAGASCAR VARIATIONS

The CORNWALL COLLECTION currently has 6 (see above) of the 10 pieces possible (see below) in the Madagascar Series.

The 2008 MADAGASCAR set added Skipper the Penguin and Melman the Giraffe to the 3 original characters (see PEZ Watch 9/08) . Gloria the Hippo looks much the same in the 2008 set, though the original stem was made in Hungary and the new version is made in China and may have a slight color variation.

The Cornwall Collection currently includes the original Alex the Lion "a". Robb's recent acquisition added Alex "c" - which has a lighter yellow muzzle and a lighter tan nose and lighter head. There is also a variation of the original - "b" - that comes with a line under his nose.
The current Cornwall Collection includes Marty the Zebra "b" which has the smaller eyes. Robb adds Marty "c" which has a much lighter snout and the zebra's head is white instead of a grayish tint. The original also had a "large eyes" variation "a".
if you see any of the following please acquire them;
